Union Station
Opened in 1927
Location: 201 N. 7th St.
Railroads: Burlington Route, Union Pacific
Continues in use by Amtrak.

Rock Island Station
Opened in 1893
Location: 20th St. and O St.
Railroad: Rock Island
Building still stands.

Missouri Pacific Station
Opened in 1887
Location: 9th St. and S St.
Railroad: Missouri Pacific, Chicago & North Western
Building demolished.

Passenger service retained by Amtrak in 1971, with the Denver Zephyr and California Zephyr.

Until late 1930's, Burlington passenger trains operated southeast of Lincoln to Nebraska City, via the Payne Subdivision.
