Was a Pennsylvania Railroad branch line, which formed an essential connection with Toledo Peoria & Western at Effner. In 1976, when Conrail was formed to take over Penn Central and other bankrupt northeastern railroads, this segment was not included in the Conrail plan. And Toledo Peoria & Western needed to acquire this segment.
