Trains stopped in Tuscola until the formation of Amtrak in 1971. Amtrak continues to serve Mattoon, Effingham, and Centralia.

Tuscola (149.8) - station was located north of Pembroke St., on the east side of the tracks.
Arcola (157.9) - station was located north of Main St., on the east side of the tracks.
Mattoon (172.4) - station was located north of Broadway, on the east side of the tracks. The station building still stands. Immediately north of the station, this line passed under the New York Central main line, which crossed on on a bridge. And the New York Central station was immediately east of there. Earlier, the two railroads crossed at grade, and a union station existed at the southwest quadrant of the crossing.
Neoga (184.3) - station was located north of 6th St., on the east side of the tracks.
Effingham (199.2) - station was located northeast of the crossing with the Pennsylvania Railroad, which also used the station.
Edgewood (214.8) - station was located north of Broad St., on the west side of the tracks.
Farina (223.1) - station was located north of Monroe St., on the east side of the tracks.
Kinmundy (228.9) - station was located south of 3rd St., on the east side of the tracks.
Odin (244.2) - station was located southwest of the crossing with the Baltimore & Ohio, which also used the station.
Centralia (252.4) - station was located at Noleman St., on the east side of the tracks.
