Racine (0.0) - station was located northeast of the intersection of State St. and Main St.

Racine Jct. (1.8) - station was located northeast of the crossing with the Chicago & North Western main line, which also used the station.

Sturtevant (7.4) - station was located at the southwest quadrant of the former crossing with the "C&M" main line, and was used by Amtrak until 2006, when Amtrak opened its new station to the north. The old station building was acquired by the village of Caledonia up the line, and was moved to the village's Linwood Park on 5 Mile Road.

Burlington (26.9) - station was located west of McHenry Rd., on the north side of the track.

Elkhorn (40.7) - station was located west of Wisconsin St., on the north side of the track.

Delavan (46.2) - station was located east of 7th St., on the north side of the track.

Darien (50.1) - station was located east of Wisconsin St., on the north side of the track.

Bardwell (52.6) - station was located south of the crossing with the Milwaukee Road "J" Line or Fox Lake Subdivision, which also used the station.

Clinton Jct. (58.8) - station was located south of the crossing with the Chicago & North Western main line, which also used the station.

Beloit (68.8) - station was located east of State St., on the north side of the track.
