Began operations in 1921, in 1950 Fargo-Thief River Falls route sold to Northwest Trails, in 1975 sold to Doyle Transit Co., and in 1980 sold to Red River Trails, discontinued 1986. In 1981 acquired Northern Transportation Co. 1994-1997 was a Trailways member, operating as Triangle Trailways. Sold 2001 to Jefferson Lines.
