AMERICA'S STREAMLINERS

CENTRAL OF GEORGIA

(POST WW II)

Operated streamliners on two routes out of Atlanta. And well into the 1950's, possibly the 1960's, Central of Georgia timetables for streamliners carried the notation "Seats for white passengers reserved." Fortunately, times have changed in some aspects of society.

Central of Georgia also participated with several other railroads in operation of the City Of Miami, between Chicago and Miami.

Only streamlined trains and the most important stations are shown.
