KEDZIE

Located between Harrison St. and the Eisenhower Expressway. An earlier Commonwealth Edison substation had existed to the east, which made way for a police station.


MILWAUKEE

Replaced an earlier Chicago Railways substation across the street which had been installed in a former cable car powerhouse. This CTA "Metropolitan Transit" logo was used until the mid 1970's.


HOMER

Chicago Railways substation located behind the Armitage car house, which also still stands. The substation building now is used by an arts school.


LAWNDALE

Near the end of the old Humboldt Park elevated branch, in alleys northeast of North Ave. and Lawndale Ave. The substation building now is an auto repair garage.
