Trains stopped in Anna until the formation of Amtrak in 1971. Amtrak continues to serve Du Quoin and Carbondale, and served Cairo until 1987.

Du Quoin (287.5) - station was located south of Main St., on the east side of the tracks.

Carbondale (308.1) - station was located south of Main St., on the west side of the tracks.

Cobden (323.4) - station was located south of Ash St., on the east side of the tracks.

Anna (328.7) - station was located south of Green St., on the east side of the tracks.

Dongola (337.9) - station was located north of Cross St., on the east side of the tracks.

Ullin (344.6) - station was located at the west end of Ullin Ave., on the east side of the tracks.

Pulaski (349.1) - station was located north of Washington St., on the east side of the tracks.

Villa Ridge (353.1) - station was located north of Old Villa Ridge Rd., on the east side of the tracks.

Mounds (356.3) - station was located south of 1st St., on the east side of the tracks.

North Cairo (361.4) - station was located south of US Hwy. 51, on the west side of the tracks.
