Most stations remain the same, on the two lines which evolved to Metra's Milwaukee District. But a few stations were discontinued or relocated.

Stations capitalized and without commentary are present Metra stations, further information on stations at official Metra Web Site.

Hermosa (5.9) - station building was located on north side of tracks between Keeler Ave. and Tripp Ave., replaced in 2006 by Grand/Cicero station. Little is left of the station other than a foundation on the embankment.

Cragin (7.0) - station building was located on north side of tracks between Leclaire Ave. and Leamington Ave., replaced in 2006 by Grand/Cicero station. Little is left of the station other than a foundation on the embankment.

Dunning (spur) - spur left main line west of Galewood station, with station at southwest corner of Irving Park Rd. and Neenah Ave., to serve Dunning state psychiatric hospital, now Chicago Read Mental Health Center.

Wood Dale (19.1) - until mid 1970's, station was located west of Irving Park Rd. and east of Wood Dale Rd., on the south side of the tracks.

Roselle (23.9) - until early 1970's, station was located west of Park St. and east of Prospect St., on the south side of the tracks.

Bartlett (30.1) - an earlier station was located along Railroad Ave. west of Oak Ave., on the south side of the tracks. The building still stands.

Spaulding (32.7) - was located at Elgin Joliet & Eastern Railroad crossing, discontinued in 1971.
