Kalamazoo City Lines was listed in 1952 as being based at 501 S. Pitcher St. That building apparently still stands.
Under public ownership, the Metro Transit bus garage is located at 530 N. Rose St., on the east side of the street, and across the tracks from Kalamazoo's classic old train station.
The main downtown bus terminal is located immediately south of the train station, which has now evolved into the Kalamazoo Transportation Center. The station address is 459 N. Burdick St., on the west side of the street. This intermodal facility also serves Amtrak and Greyhound.
