Buffalo, Cleveland and Toledo had their separate terminal divisions. The Erie Division extended from BV Tower (Bay View/west of Buffalo) to BR Tower (east of Cleveland). And the Toledo Division extended from BE Tower (Berea/west of Cleveland) to B Tower (Elkhart). Many of those segments had 4 tracks, separate passenger and freight.
