Incorporated 1910, controlled by Henry L. Doherty. In 1906, Doherty had formed the Doherty Operating Co., which acquired three properties which became part of Cities Service Co. in 1913. By 1947 disposed of all transportation properties except Community Traction Co. (Toledo), sold 1954.
