Formed 1935 as bus subsidiary of Denver & Rio Grande Western Railroad, assuming route formed prior year by Denver-Colorado Springs-Pueblo Motor Way, in 1936 joined Trailways, sold 1948 to Transcontinental Bus System/Continental Trailways.
