In 1974, Green Bay Transit became responsible for all transit lines in the Green Bay area. The last streetcars ran in 1937.


GREEN BAY TRANSIT HISTORY

In 1894, the Fox River Electric Railway & Power Co. introduced electric streetcar service in Green Bay. For many years, the streetcar and bus system was part of the Wisconsin Public Service Co.
